Specialist Diagnosis & Treatment
Welcome to the Centre for Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery, home to a team of sub-specialist orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, physiotherapists and pain management specialists all working under one roof. Every practitioner here focuses on their own area of expertise, which means you’re always seen by the right specialist for your condition.
What sets our clinic apart is genuine collaboration. Complex cases are reviewed together, so your care draws on the combined experience of surgeons, allied health practitioners and pain specialists rather than a single opinion.
Our purpose-built facility on the Gold Coast brings every stage of your care together in one location. From your first appointment you’ll find a team that takes the time to listen, explain your options clearly and involve you in every decision about your care.

Precision Diagnosis and Personalised Recovery
Advanced Orthopaedic Care
Your journey with us begins with an accurate diagnosis. With an ultramodern imaging centre adjacent to our clinic, X-rays, CT and MRI scans can often be completed the same day as your consultation, so your specialist can assess your condition quickly and precisely.
Where surgery is recommended, we don’t just book a date. We prepare your body for it. Our prehabilitation programs use targeted exercise and therapy before your procedure, an approach proven to improve surgical outcomes and shorten recovery times.
After surgery, your dedicated rehabilitation team builds a program around your specific goals, whether that’s returning to competitive sport, getting back to work or regaining confident everyday movement. Structured milestones and regular progress checks keep your recovery on track from the operating theatre to full function.

A Holistic Path to Lasting Mobility
Comprehensive Pain Management
Pain management is a crucial part of our care. Our specialists take a multidisciplinary approach, combining medication, physical therapy, interventional procedures and complementary therapies to manage pain effectively and improve quality of life.
Not every condition requires surgery, and not all pain resolves the moment treatment ends. That’s why we offer dedicated pain management pathways in their own right, including image-guided injections and radiofrequency ablation, for patients managing chronic or persistent pain.
Our commitment doesn’t stop when your treatment plan does. Through ongoing reviews and long-term support, we help you maintain the mobility and independence you’ve worked hard to regain, for years to come rather than just months.
Your Questions Answered
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a surgeon?
Yes. Please bring a referral letter from your GP, doctor or physiotherapist to your first appointment. A valid referral is also required for Medicare rebates on specialist consultations.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your referral letter, photo ID, Medicare, DVA or Pension card, private hospital insurance details, a list of your current medications and allergies, copies of any pathology reports and details of prior imaging such as X-rays, MRI or CT scans (including the location and patient ID). If your injury is work related, please also bring a letter from your employer along with your current claim and approval from your case manager.
Is onsite diagnostic imaging available at the clinic?
Yes. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an ultramodern imaging centre adjacent to the clinic, operated by Panorama Radiology. This means most diagnostic scans, including X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound, can be performed on site without the need to travel elsewhere. We also offer CT guided orthopaedic injections and radiofrequency ablations. Having advanced diagnostic technology on site allows us to accurately assess your condition and design a precise, targeted treatment plan sooner.
What orthopaedic conditions do you specialise in treating?
We provide comprehensive orthopaedic care across the full spectrum of bone, joint and spine conditions, including sports injuries, fractures, joint replacements and spinal conditions. Our specialist areas include hip surgery, knee surgery, spine surgery, upper limb surgery, foot and ankle surgery and orthopaedic paediatric surgery, covering everything from hip and knee replacements, ACL and other ligament reconstructions and arthroscopic procedures through to spinal decompression and fusion, scoliosis and paediatric knee and spine conditions. Our multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, physiotherapists and pain specialists work together to assess your condition and design a targeted treatment plan, whether that involves surgery, physiotherapy, pain management or a combination of approaches.
